Stacy Alexander

Stacy Alexander is the Director of Alumni and Community Relations at Shorecrest. A native of St. Petersburg, Ms. Alexander received her undergraduate degree in 2000 from the University of Florida (Sociology and Mass Communication) and her Master of Arts degree (Higher Education) in 2007 from the University of Louisville. Formerly the Assistant Vice President for Community Relations and Communications for Mote Marine Laboratory, Ms. Alexander handled the lab’s community relations activities, its collaborative marketing and public relations campaigns, and the organization's membership program. She is a graduate of the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Class of 2012, and a recent graduate of the Gulf Coast Leadership Institute program. Stacy is especially passionate about building relationships through alumni programs having started Mote's Intern Alumni Program and serving as President of the Sarasota County Gator Club (part of the University of Florida's Alumni Association).
